Young Scientists Forum: New Ideas for New Uzbekistan provides a transparent complaint procedure in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Grounds for complaint

  • Disagreement with an editorial decision
  • Doubts about reviewer objectivity or competence
  • Breach of COPE principles by the editorial office
  • Authorship or ethics questions
  • Breach of confidentiality

Complaint procedure

  1. Contact the editorial office — written complaint with grounds and evidence at info@in-academy.uz
  2. Editorial review — within 14 days
  3. Appeal — if the response is unsatisfactory, escalate to the Editor-in-Chief's superior
  4. Independent oversight — as a last resort, refer to COPE
