Article Processing Charge (APC)

The article processing charge is 50,000 UZS (~4 USD).

What the fee covers

• Organising double-blind peer review
• Editorial work and typesetting
• DOI registration (via Zenodo)
• Indexing in Google Scholar and other databases
• OJS server and LOCKSS/CLOCKSS preservation costs
• Issuing certificates and official documents

Payment flow

1. Once the paper is accepted, editorial sends payment instructions by email
2. Author pays within 7 business days
3. Once payment is confirmed, the article is published
4. Certificate and DOI are issued within 7 business days of publication

Discounts and waivers

• 50% discount for Master's and PhD students (with student ID)
• Rejected papers — no fee
