Archiving & Repository Policy
All material published at Applied Science and Innovative Solutions is preserved in several independent systems for long-term digital preservation:
Primary storage
- OJS archive — each publication is stored in the OJS system with persistent access for authors, editors and readers
- Zenodo — each publication is deposited to Zenodo together with a DOI (developed by CERN)
- OAI-PMH endpoint — metadata is open for automated distribution
Secondary storage
- LOCKSS — distributed archiving system developed by Stanford University
- CLOCKSS — LOCKSS variant for commercial publications
- PKP PN (Preservation Network) — dedicated archiving network for OJS sites
External services
Authors are encouraged to deposit the final version of their articles in: institutional repositories, academic social networks (ResearchGate, Academia.edu), ORCID profile.
